Otis is a Pomeranian puppy who was rescued from a puppy mill.  Otis is full of personality!  He LOVES everybody!  He is a definite lap dog and loves to be held or have his belly rubbed.  When he's not cuddling, he enjoys playing and wrestling with the other puppies.  He is smart as a whip and is guaranteed to make you laugh!
